Directions For Use

Adults take 1 heaped metric teaspoon (equivalent to 5g powder) daily.

Take with food, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.

Up to 3 doses daily can be taken if required.

This formula is suitable to mix with fruit juice or sprinkle onto food.
